A wheel also appeared to have come off Perkins’ car during the wreck and it was hit by Kaz Grala as he slowed down.

Stacey seemed to suddenly lose control of his car, leading to a speedy tap of Perkins’ ride, which led to the No. 2 car going sideways, leading the No. 5 car to cause Perkins’ vehicle to roll over several times.

Thankfully, everyone was reported to be okay. However,  Blaine Perkins has been transferred to  a local hospital for further evaluation, according to NASCAR.
