After a long nine months and 35 points races, we have reached the end of Cup Series season with only one final race to determine the 2022 NASCAR Cup Series champion.

According to RFK Racing team officials the tire carrier for the No. 17 Chris Buescher was hit by an opponent car during a pit stop In Sunday’s finale at Phoenix Raceway. 

Buescher tire carrier was taken to a local hospital for further evaluation.

A member of the RFK No. 47 crew joins the No. 17 crew in the same position the team confirmed.

    1. By the way, I’m 73 and have been watching NASCAR since it been televised and before that. So I think that I might know a little bit about the sport.
