Tyler Reddick will officially join 23XI Racing in 2024 NASCAR Cup Serie, team co-owner Denny Hamlin confirmed on Tuesday.
It is a multi-year deal, according to sources, Reddick will remain at Richard Childress Racing (RCR) in 2023 after securing his first career Cup Series victory with the team in July at Road America.
Come 2024, Reddick will start racing for the team co-owned by NBA icon Michael Jordan and Denny Hamlin, who currently drives for Joe Gibbs Racing.
Hamlin called the 26-year-old Reddick a “franchise driver.”

“It’s easy to spot talent when you’ve got to go against it,” Hamlin said.
Following the announcement, Reddick’s current team — Richard Childress Racing — issued a statement on Reddick’s move to 23XI Racing for 2024.
“We’re proud of the success Tyler Reddick has found at Richard Childress Racing. We’re focused on winning a championship in 2022 and 2023, although timing of this announcement could not be any worse.”
