“a lot of them are bots and not real people” – NASCAR journalist hits out at fans after Bubba 36th place finish at Sonoma

23XI Racing driver Bubba Wallace had yet another disappointing weekend this time at Sonoma Raceway. Bubba has had a campaign full of poor and unlucky results so far in the 2022 Cup Series.

The No. 23 Toyota Camry driver began the 2022 season with stunning form with a second place finish in the season opener Daytona 500, however his hopes for a second career Cup Series victory were always a far fetch due to his poor team calls (Pit Crew) or some would say underperforming runs on the race weekends.

Wallace day ended when the engine of his Toyota fail which led to his engine smoking on lap 10 of the race, that incident saw the race first caution coming out and Bubba recording yet another DNF. Following the result, Bubba Wallace was placed at the back of the field in the final results with a 36th DNF.

Motorsports reporter Jeff Gluck called out Bubba haters who are always throwing unnecessary comments and backlash at the 23XI driver.

After the race Wallace revealed in one of his post race interview that his engine failure wasn’t something that he or his team smelled from a mile away. It was, in fact, in his words, “totally random.”
