On Tuesday it was confirmed that Ashley Busch had filed the docs for a divorce with 23XI driver Kurt Busch in Florida on May 9.
Ashley didn’t post to congratulate Kurt Busch for his win over the weekend, she also was not present at Kansas Ashley filed for divorce last week, stating the marriage is irretrievably broken.
Kurt Busch has asked her to leave their Luxury Florida home by early June.

Ashley Busch said things went sideways with the couple just recent as last month April, Ashley claims Kurt cut off all her access to their joint banking account and credit cards.
Kurt Busch got his first win of 2022 and now has wins with four different car manufacturers in the Cup Series.
