NASCAR Cup Series saw the addition of both Michael Jordan (23XI Racing) and Pitbull (Trackhouse Racing Team) as celebrity NASCAR team owners, now iconic boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr. is set to enter the sport in a similar capacity.

According to Sports Business Journal’s Adam Stern, Mayweather’s “The Money Team Racing” appears to be trying to finalize a deal to enter next month’s Daytona 500 at Daytona International Speedway.
