At Bristol last weekend, Stewart-Haas Racing Kevin Harvick seemed like a main contender for the victory. unfortunately, he came across an obstacle which was Chase Elliott, and as a result, Elliott HMS teammate Kyle Larson caught and passed him for the win.

Recently, the Hendrick Motorsports driver Kyle Larson discussed the incident and spoke about whether it affected him winning the race.

He explained“You don’t really know, it’s hard to look in the rear-view mirror and guess what might have happened. It would have taken me longer to get to them, and I don’t know. I want to say no I couldn’t, but at the same point, I don’t know, because my car was really good on the long runs. Who knows, maybe he just got worse at that point in the last 20 something laps. Maybe it if did happen, it would have been on the last lap, or with three to go.”

Youth Racing School founder said critics urged him to no longer associate with Kyle Larson

After winning the regular season championship, Larson already has one playoff race win, taking his tally of the season to six wins. He sits comfortably in the first position in the standing after the first round of the playoffs with 3059 points.

His resurgence after last year’s suspension has been nothing but spectacular. The No. 5 driver was never better poised to win the Cup Series championship in his career.
