Hocevar elaborated into the matter stating that NO.4 truck of John Hunter Nemechek has done it same thing four times this year and is yet to be penalised by NASCAR.
"The f***ing 4 truck has done it four f***ing times this year and he doesn't get a penalty."

As Hocevar peeled onto the apron, he noticeably knifed the wheel back and forth and caused his truck to spin. This brought out a yellow, which saved him from losing time on pit road with the vibration.
NASCAR saw the obvious intentional spin and held Hocevar for a lap. he would end up 22nd in the race, two laps behind the pace.
