NASCAR announces 2022 Cup Series schedule

As we have already mentioned, the race schedule for the next season of the NASCAR Cup Series has been announced. During 2022, we will have the opportunity to watch almost 40 events when it comes to the mentioned competition. Next season we will have the opportunity to watch several new tracks. We have already announced that the race at the Coliseum in Los Angeles is entering the Nascar cup Series program.

For the first time since 1979, the inaugural race for the Daytona 500 will be held somewhere other. We have already written about the fact that in 2022 we will have the opportunity to watch the race on another new track. It’s World Wide Technology Raceway in St. Louis. We will have the opportunity to watch the races on the new tracks on February 6 and June 5.

“As we demonstrated last year, we are committed to creating the most dynamic schedule for our fans, long term”, said Ben Kennedy, NASCAR senior vice president of strategy and innovation.

NASCAR Series Cup starts on 20th February

“With the addition of new and unique venues like the Coliseum and World Wide Technology Raceway, each in markets with passionate NASCAR fans, we’re continuing to build on bold changes to deliver the best racing in the world. “This latest iteration of the schedule should lend itself to another season filled with drama and great racing on the track, starting with the DAYTONA 500 and culminating with NASCAR Championship Weekend at Phoenix Raceway.”

The season will officially open on February 20 next year. Season starts with a race at Daytona International Speedway. We will watch The Bristol dirt race again. That race will take place during Easter. We will watch the All-star race in Texas. The regular part of the season will end on August 27th. We will watch the last race at Daytona International Speedway. We will find out the specific details about each race when the time comes.
