After claiming back-to-back Chili Bowl wins, Kyle Larson is turning his attention towards the 2021 Cup Series season.

Larson raised his stake in the dirt racing world by winning this year’s edition Chili Bowl Nationals, after winning it last year too. While Larson has already shown enough credentials for his dirt racing skills, he will now need to switch attention to the Cup Series after returning to the competition following his suspension in the last season.

He signed with Hendrick Motorsports and will be making a comeback in the series soon. The Hendrick Motorsports driver is looking to build upon his Chili Bowl win as he looks to re-establish his Cup Series career. He said:

“Yeah I don’t know, hopefully, it’s not a year thing! But to start 2020 off with a big win at the Cili Bowl last year and then in a way this kind of feels…To me, always this race feels like the last race of the year.

“So I don’t really how I’d view that, I guess a cherry on top. But hopefully, I can keep it going and have a great season on the pavement and continuing on the dirt.”

With excellent equipment at his disposal, Larson will be looking to forget the wounds of the last season and forge a successful career here after.
