Chase Elliott might have just won the championship, but he still plans to do some racing during the off-season break.
The newly crowned champion will get a well-deserved break after hectic months of racing. Speaking on the ‘Kyle Long Show‘, the Hendrick Motorsports driver spoke on what he will be doing during this break. And one of the things will be gaming.
“Damn right I’m going to game, ooh am I going to game and I’m excited about that. Haven’t been able to get on there with my boys the past couple days so yeah, I’m going to do some gaming for sure.”
While Elliott might have just finished his busy schedule from Cup racing, that won’t prevent him from racing in other events.
“I’m actually gonna try to do some racing throughout the off-season, have some things in the works. Since I’ve been in Cup I really haven’t spent a winter racing so I want to do some of that kind, still trying to iron out some details.
“But I would like to race some, I’d love to get out west and get to Colorado and do some skiing at some point. So I think it’s going to be a pretty busy winter and I’m excited about it.”
