In her rookie season in the ARCA Menards Series, Hailie Deegan is also set to make her NASCAR Truck Series debut.
She is third in the ARCA Menards Series Standing. She will be driving the No. 17 Ford for the DGR-Crosley at the Kansas Speedway. It will be the first time that the driver will be driving in a NASCAR-sanctioned race.

Deegan knows what it to make it at this level. Deegan has a piece of advice for all the younger girls who look up to her.
“Work ethic is something you can’t buy. It’s either instilled in you or you have to really try to do it. I think that’s something that it’s easy to get comfortable and not work really hard.
“I try to stay true to my values because I’m going to work as hard as I can. I’m going to try to outwork everybody and if it means it works, OK. If it doesn’t work, understandable. But, I want to know in the back of my head that I gave 110% effort.”
