Clint Bowyer announced that he is set to leave Stewart-Haas Racing and join the Fox Sports Booth starting from 2021.

Bowyer’s contract is set to expire at the end of the 2020 season. But, he won’t be joining any team as he is set to pursue a different line of career.

“Just like my driving career, I will be part of a great team and organization with great teammates,” Bowyer wrote in a letter he posted on social media. “To say I’m excited would be an understatement.”

Bowyer began his Cup career in 2005 with Richard Childress Racing. He has 10 Cup wins to his name. He is also a former Xfinity champion and a Cup runner up in 2012.

He joined SHR in 2017, replacing Tony Stewart in the No. 14 car.

“I want to thank every owner who has paid a bill on my behalf, every crew member who has turned a bolt on my ars and every media member who has covered my racing career,” Bowyer wrote. “Thank you to every sponsor that has invested in me and thank you to every fan who has cheered me along the way!

“Opportunity … FOX here I come!”
