Kyle Busch finished in the second position in Saturday’s Bass Pro Shops Night Race at Bristol Motor Speedway on Saturday, a finish good enough to earn him a spot into the round of 12.
KB was annoyed with some of the driving on Saturday night at Bristol – including fellow NASCAR Playoff rival Joey Logano — after slower cars affected the outcome of the race several times over the last 100 laps.
The No. 18 driver has seven more races to earn his first victory in NASCAR’s Cup series in 2020, he was leading for 159 laps en route to a second-place finish.

When he was asked about the slower rides in the final laps of the race, Busch stated “If the lap car wasn’t there, I would have blown it in on the outside, or maybe the inside and maybe we would have banged each others doors or whatever”

“Felt like [Bristol] was one of our greater shots to win,” Busch said. “…Skittles Camry was fast and we had a good car, one that was in contention all night long. Fired off the start of the race, I was like, ‘oh, wow, this is a pretty good car,’ and then got beat by another really good car, I guess.
Even when I don’t do anything @KyleBusch blames me. Went outta my way to give him room tonight. Think he might have thought I was in a different car. ??♂️
