Suspended Mike Wallace recently returned to NASCAR for the first time in over 5 years. He participated in a handful of NASCAR Xfinity Series races for JD Motorsports on the road courses of the schedule.
Wallace, 61, was found to be in violation of sections 12.1, 12.8 & 12.8.1.e of the NASCAR rulebook due to a series of facebook shares and comments which brought tothe suspension of Mike Wallace.
Mike Wallace is unsure why he was suspended while Bubba Wallace was not by NASCAR
“I can assure you there were no racist comments or racial slurs, no cuss word [and] no negative comment towards individual people,” Wallace told Toby Christie last week.
Wallace added, “Speak to NASCAR, I’m confused.”
Possible Bubba Wallace replacement for the No. 43 Chevrolet
On Sunday, Mike Wallace shared a photo of the tweet from Bubba Wallace with the following message:
“I’m a lot confused, this is ok for Bubba Wallace to say but others can’t make view points,” Mike Wallace opened via social media.
The 61-year-old veteran has driven the No. 0 Chevrolet in three Xfinity races this season. However, He has four wins from 497 career Xfinity starts, along with five wins in 115 starts in Trucks, and has made 197 starts at the Cup Series level.
Bubba can do ANYTHING and NEVER have to worry about it. NASCAR is afraid he will scream racism, and he knows it, and takes advantage of it. It’s so,so wrong and other drivers are getting sick of it finally.
I say just put the ******* into the wall every time he hits the track !
