One of the major talking points of the 2020 Silly Season is the question of who will replace Jimmie Johnson behind the wheels of the No. 48 Hendrick Motorsports Chevrolet.
Seven-time Champion Johnson has already made it clear that 2020 will be his last season as a full-time cup driver. Additionally, he has already carried out an IndyCar test with a view to switching to the IndyCar series for the 2021 season.
So, there are a lot of speculations as to which driver will be chosen to drive the soon-to-be-vacant No. 48 car. While Hendrick Motorsports might still be looking for the driver to replace Johnson, FOX: NASCAR took some fun out of the guessing game by indicating famous footballer Lionel Messi to replace the No. 48 driver.
