Tony Kanaan was revealed to be the first driver except co-founder Tony Stewart to participate in the upcoming series Superstar Racing Experience next summer.
The 2004 IndyCar Series champion is one of the 12 drivers to participate in the short-track focused series next year.

Kanaan, who is involved partially in IndyCar this season said that he is only slowing down and will come back to a full season again.
“My idea was to slow down a bit. I can assure you I don’t think I’ll be competing on a full championship again in IndyCar, but I never said I’m going away.”
Meanwhile, SRX has hinted that they already have three more drivers under the belt.
