Looks like a NASCAR team wants to hire Kyle Larson

While Kyle Larson may have been suspended by NASCAR indefinitely, Stewart-Haas racing might be bringing the suspended driver into their team in the future.

It has been more than two months that Larson was suspended from NASCAR due to his use of a racial slur in an iRacing event. As a consequence of his actions, he was also fired by Chip Ganassi Racing.

While Larson completed the sensitivity test, but there is no certain date as to when NASCAR will lift his suspension. However, this hasn’t stopped the talks of as to where Kyle Larson would end up. Racer’s journalist Robin Miller responded to the question in his mailbag, “what if we put a ‘rehabilitated’ Kyle Larson in an IndyCar?” by stating that Stewart-Haas racing is interested in the suspended driver.

“I called A.J. (Foyt) several weeks ago and told him to hire Larson, but he seemed to think Tony Stewart was going to do it. I asked Stew a couple weeks ago and he said he’d like to, but nothing to report yet. Larson belongs in the Indy 500.”
