Bubba Wallace needed help getting out of his No. 43 Richard Petty Motorsports Chevrolet; He appeared dizzy while speaking to the FOX reporter Jamie Little on the pit road and fainted.

By “Gulag” he referenced the game Call of Duty: Warzone, in which gulag is the place where you get the chance to return to the game after dying for the first time.
Wallace finished 21st in the race. Next up for him is the Cup race at Martinsville Speedway on Wednesday.
I hope he’s ok but that sure looked like a seizure to me. Maybe he was just really dehydrated.
