The terms between Chevrolet, Chip Ganassi Racing’s NASCAR Cup Series manufacturer, and driver Kyle Larson has been suspended until further notice.

Things have been downhill for Chip Ganassi Racing driver Kyle Larson after he used the N-word during the virtual racing at Autodromo Nazionale Monza on Sunday evening.

However, while the race was being streamed live on Twitch, Larson seemed to lost communication with his spotter, which led to him saying “Hey N*****” over his headset in a venture to get his attention.

NASCAR: ‘Previously unreported’ Kyle Larson development emerges

The Chip Ganassi Racing took action first, suspending the 27-year-old Elk Grove, California native without compensation.

NASCAR was the second to suspended him indefinitely, requiring, at the very least, that he completes sensitivity training before returning. Kyle Larson himself also issued an apology, but he was then suspended indefinitely from iRacing as well.
