It is reported that Floyd Mayweather speculated NASCAR Cup Series team will make its debut in the 2020 season.
Former professional boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr was reported to be involved in a new NASCAR Cup Series team called The Money Team Racing last October.
While Website The Money Team Racing was involved in endorsing those rumors, however, they stopped the rumors and replaced the page with “More Info Coming Soon” which hasn’t been updated yet.
However, there have been some developments in recent days. The speculation of Mayweather’s team was confirmed by Sports Business Journal‘s Adam Stern, who said that his team will debut during the 2020 season.

While there is no specific date or venue for The Money Team Racing, it seems that Jeffrey Earnhardt will drive the team’s #50 Chevrolet. Furthermore, with all the on-field racing activities postponed due to the coronavirus outbreak, it remains to be seen how it will affect the plans of Mayweather’s team.
After contesting the first four races, NASCAR postponed the next seven races. They expect to resume the season on Saturday, May 9 at Martinsville Speedway.
